AMAZING Jen Neumann is a marathon runner, a personal trainer, and she has been a group exercise instructor for over 20 years.

Jen is a certified Body Shred and PiYo trainer and she teaches PiYo, Body Shred, Kettlebell CORE, and Strength & Power. Jen's classes are HIGH energy and super FUN.


Ana is a triathlete who loves cross-training with a mix of equipment in her BOOTCAMP class now at 8:00 AM every Saturday morning!

Ana also teaches Piloxing on Tuesdays at 8:30 AM.

INSPIRING Kim Yessian is a triathlete and her specialty is Tabata Training on Mondays at 5:30 PM, Tuesdays at 9:30 AM, and Fridays at 5:30 AM. Kim also coaches Circuit Training on Fridays at 6:30 AM and cycling! 

Kim uses a great variety of equipment in her class: resistance cuffs, sandbags, gliders, resistance tubing, hand-weights and more!

SOULFUL Stephanie Bersh brings her warmth and her gentle touch to YogaFLOW class on Sundays at 10:15 AM and Slow Flow & Restore Fridays at 5:30 PM.

Heather teaches Kettlebell, Barre, and U-Jam Dance.  I love to have FUN in my classes - I don't take working out too seriously. All you need is great music, you need to move your body, and of course you gotta sweat! Or at least I always do.

I believe you should GET IN and get it DONE. You'll improve your mood and your body with just ONE class a day.

TALENTED Rachel Miller is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Pilates instructor - she is The Pilates PT.

Rachel has been teaching mat classes since 2008 and she loves promoting wellness. 

Rachel teaches Pilates Mix and Mat Pilates.

ENERGENTIC Kristin Sorensen was a collegiate basketball player and she loves an athletic-style workout!

Kristin teaches Circuit Training, Peak Performance, and Kettlebell Interval Training.

These classes are a great combination of cardio and strength.

DYNAMIC Kristen Sheridan has an impressive dance background (she is a former Luvabull!) and she is a certified BARRE instructor.
